Just unreal here, I don’t know why this trial was on my stream, but watching it now & I cannot understand her getting off of first degree murder! Hope autopsy results are disclosed. Should specify how the baby died. This woman had 3 children when she couldn’t afford 1! Why? So easy to get many kinds of birth control. Did she lie to first responders?

Unfortunately many people call it babies for benefits. It happens in every state in all areas it is heartbreaking. I fully believe everyone who is receiving benefits should be drug and alcohol tested and if tests positive receive rehab if still tests positive they should be removed from benefits until they prove they are clean for at least a year.

She is over exaggerated the screams really that's a 🚩 the fact she blamed her other children and then told a detective she held her babies head into the pillow until she stopped crying and went to sleep . Would that be murder and she should be charged with murder . SMMFH

I get so mad when I listen these 911 calls & hear a mother or father screaming instead of listening to what the Dispatcher, is begging them to do, so they can HELP their child!! How can a mother call for "HELP" & not do whatever it takes, to save your babies life!! 911 Operator's job, must be emotionally difficult and it's probably even more difficult, not to lose their chit/patience!!

The prosecutor dropped the ball on this one. She will suffer for the rest of her life. Hopefully, she gets counseling and can eventually regain custody of her children. 😢😢 They were cocky and under charged this case. You always give more than one option. Now, double jeopardy applies.

I agree with you! People are blaming the Judge, for using meth as his reason for acquitting her. They're failing to comprehend that the State had charged her with the WRONG CRIME! The Judge had to follow the law or an Appeal, would've reversed her conviction. anyways.

Get custody of three young kids back?? Are you serious?? She caused the death of her 2 month old because the baby was crying!! The mom is totally at fault!! She was also on drugs that impared her from taking proper care of children.

im the mother dacia lacey & i just read the comments & shake my head at these nasty comments one not on drugs or addicted i took a pill days before my child passed away and it was positive in my blood stream days later never was high and never smother my child and what ppl seeing the so , called state witness laughing is cause , my dad and Jen are not who ya'll think they are they are liars i was arrested a full yr after , my child pass all because , she threatened the dcs with lawyers and how much money she has and lied on me they all know each other idc . When there is paperwork that proves i told the truth the whole time and an autopsy report! NO body cares about the doctors defending me and proving i never did anything wrong! Ppl think im be miserable no i actually have a job , and in school for my QMAS & LPNS and have a lawsuit against the state . God is blessing me and mines .
