Hello, I was told by factories that actives in rinse-off products such as facial wash or body wash will not have any benefits because it will be rinsed off before it seeps into our skin. If so, how could we add "benefits" into any rinse-off products? Thank you!

This is not correct - actives need to be selected carefully if they are to be used in wash off products, as actives intended for leave on products will have no benefit, but there are plenty of actives that have specific benefit, and proven, in wash off products. Thanks for watching! Yes, to make these sort of claims you definitely need evidence. You will also need to be careful how you use the words ‘soothe and repair’ and they must be in a cosmetic (not therapeutic/anti-inflammatory or healing) context. I want to do all the courses but I am a bit confused when I looked at your course prices. The first price gives the cost of each course but the second price looks like I will save a lot taking two courses. This is where I get confused, can I make my own two-course? Is it okay to say a product was made with Eczema, Psoriasis, and dry skin types in mind? You’re not saying it cures or treats it, but it’s formulated in a way that will be beneficial to all skin types especially those conditions. I’ve seen this in quite a few brands and always wondered about that. Love the presentation BTW. ♥️ I want to be more educated on what I buy and this is really helping me to understand what I’m buying.

No - these are not permitted cosmetic claims. Even if you’ve seen a brand do this, they are running a red light - they just haven’t been caught. I cannot advise you that it is okay just because someone else is doing it - because it is not! As a brand, you will be held responsible for the claims you make, and websites you direct consumers too, even if other brands are saying/doing the wrong thing. It's because they are smaller brands that's probably why they have not been caught yet. I would think they labs they are working with would catch this type of error. I will check out the programs you offer.
