We made NDI into the Beta version for reviewers to test it. However it is not yet ready for release until the thorough test can be done. Pls stay tuned with us. The NDI functionality will be released through a FW update, and in addition you'll have to purchase a license to activate the NDI, which is sold separately.

What's the purpose of the key/dsk/bkgd button? The key/dsk/bkgd buttons are used to indicate the status of next transition. The lighted button means corresponding key or background transition will happen on next transition. The bkgd can be turn off if key or dsk is turned on, this means only a key or dsk transition will happen on next transition. One of these three button must be turned on for a real transition.

Great demo. Excellent value. In addition to an HDMI switcher it's a Webcam to HDMI converter, an NDI receiver with a license and a basic Supersource device. I can see this easily as an input to my current ATEM Mini Pro for many creative scenarios.

Only just stumbled across this stream (5 months later) - watched all the way through and leant plenty even though I've watched a ton of other vids on this OSEE GoStream Deck and the Atem mini Pro.... Hi Aaron. Ok, one year down the road with the Gostream. How do rate (a) its build quality and (b) it’s operational reliability; compared to an ATEM mini. I know and love the ATEM line, but I like the super sourcing feature of the Gostream. Reliability during a livestream will be the deciding factor for my purchase decision. Thanks for your kind advices and they are well noted. 1)Why the HDMI Output 2 was assigned to only multiview is because we need to ensure the users to see the menu at lease since it didn't have a web control software yet. 2)For NDI function, we are trying our best to do it. 3)The software control is under our development plan. 4)May we know what' the AV1 meaning?

One idea would be You assign a button like the AVMatrix does where you can switch back to Multiview if needed. or a long press on one of those knobs or buttons. a freeze function would also be very helpful. @@osee_tech

This really ticks most of the boxes for what I need in a switcher. The one thing I would like to see is the ability to power the device with a power bank rather than rely on mains or a Jackery. I believe that the RGBLink Mini can now be powered by a regular power bank.

I have just built an 8'x12' in-home production/broadcast studio from which I voice track my weekly FM radio show, and also am starting to do more video production. I was considering purchasing the ATEM Mini Pro Switcher, but was hoping to find a review on the OSEE GoStream Deck HDMI Pro Live Streaming Multi Camera Video Mixer Switcher which I just heard about, and you have one! Hi I would like to know how many NDI sources I can manage at the same time, I currently have a PTZ camera with NDI and it works great, but I would like to use one more source, for example the IPHONE 13 Pro Max, is it possible, to have two NDI sources, I already have the Osee GoStream Duet. Missing a freeze function , and Screen grab to file. It seems you have to load your stills yourself through the SD card. IF you Pay for a NDI license then at least let it have in/out NDI. This is the first unit i see that charges for NDI license as a receiving unit. Usually outbound units (e.g Cameras often charge for a NDI license). and allowing to assign all 3 outputs to be anything (Aux, PGM, MV, In1-4) would be helpful also. PoE powered would be nice too. But i think that is more then just firmware update.

On the audio in can you do a left/right from a mixer out and stereo in on the stream deck and use 2 mics at the same time

Hi Aaron. I've been live-streaming high school football games for a local radio station. There are several video commercial breaks throughout the game. The Yolobox Pro I've been using allows for only 2 local videos as video input sources. Does this device have a playlist feature where it would play 3 or 4 videos consecutively (or any combination of my choice) from the SD card with just one button push? If so I could definitely see using this with my YBP. I appreciate your help, thank you.

That's a great idea but there isn't a playlist feature yet. You can swap the 2 videos during the stream but I think it would probably be too much work. A playlist feature is a great idea though, I will make sure to pass that along!

The only issue I see with this one that stops me from picking one up is the lack of ISO recording on one of the USB C outs. It's what makes the ATEM Mini ISO frustrating for livestreaming, I cannot have backup recordings and project file ready for tweaking whilst also using it as a webcam in OBS. Australias price for the ATEM Extreme ISO is around $1800... just a touch rich for my uses.

You're absolutely right that the ISO feature of the ATEM Mini is super useful! It's also still the cheapest way to get a 4 or 8 channel HDMI recorder!

I have been following your videos on the ATEM Mini Pro ISO and that was the selling feature for me as I may not be live streaming but like you, I don’t want to be recording via SD on each camera and transfer everything to my computer so this alone makes the ATEM Mini the best value for me.

@aaronpk The most critical testing should be done with the streaming and your bandwidth limiting tools. None of the rest of the features matter if that isn't impeccable.

There is no question too specific! There's no battery in this device, so you shouldn't have any trouble!

Yep that should work fine! These kinds of switchers generally don't know the difference between a camera signal and a computer signal

There is no software yet, but they are working on a desktop app. I believe it will be available for free. The only other thing you might want to buy is the NDI license if you need that.

No not yet. I've asked them if they can support some kind of remote control protocol so that we can at least use it with Companion like we can with the ATEM Mini and other gear.

The best way is to plug in an ethernet cable from your router to the switcher, it should connect up automatically then.
