California cops really drag these chases out, which is extremely dangerous to civilians. The longer it goes on the more risk for someone getting hurt. Perhaps they need some training from Georgia cops on chases and pits

Right. MeMe's got it. You can't just do all those fancy maneuvers when traffic is around on highways, or ppl around on the streets. LAPD already faces enough lawsuits as it is. A cop also can't just lay down spike strips at any time, especially while trying to stand on the side of the freeway.

This is just pitiful! So many opportunities to pit this driver. He's handing it to the lead officer on a silver platter, but what we get instead is just another #policeparade. The driver felt so sorry for them tbat he just stopped all on his own.

The video is sometimes blurry...they are in the three-mile radius protected Disneyland airspace and they have to be at a certain altitude (3000 feet or higher). I believe the chase ended up within the three mile radius of Dland. When you know, it makes sense.
