Pretty sure getting the largest number of votes isn’t ’far right’. Is macron meant to be mainstream despite being supported by a significantly smaller number of people? You’d think his party would be closer to the fringe of the political spectrum, popularity wise.

@@_lmagine The history fact is, Communist took over China in 1949, and stood up a left wing regime for communism experiment. Most people would agree it was far left at the time. The result was disastrous to human life. China school textbooks already acknowledge the mistakes. It’s a fact and people can easily verify. So this is an example of a far left doing worst than the previous regime it replaced. Otherwise China government did not need to ‘reform’ since 1979 to an approach shifting from far left towards the middle.
