People don't realize that what Alina does requires a lot of work, a lot of research about historical facts, what spots to cover, best food, interviewing people, working with brands, then spending time editing and doing a lot of administrative work. It looks like vacation, but try putting even just 1 video together - you'll see it's a pain in the ass and a lot of work, and she does that almost every other day. It's not a vacation at all.

Actually in the Thai pharmacies there is medicated cream for sunburn. You can check it out. Also you can take anti inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen to speed up the healing. So many things to do around Lamai! Enjoy! ❤❤❤

I love Koh Samui. Such a lovely little island. I stayed in a house near the Big Buddha and would go kayaking in the afternoons in the bay near the temple. It was idyllic. I wish I could go back and visit there + Koh Tao. The best snorkelling experience ever in my life.

If you like Chiang Mai vibe and Koh Samui beach and also want convenient and quiet place, try Hua Hin. Hua Hin is 3-4 hrs from Bangkok and 6-7 hrs from Koh Samui.

Ive been taking glucosamine for decades and it helps quite significantly. Whenever I slack off for a few weeks not diligently taking 1500 mg daily, then sharp spiking pain would recur. Once I resume for a week or so then spiking pain goes away. This pattern ive observed for decades and though it may not be growing the damaged cartilage, but it does have aome functional benefit to my arthroscopy surgery decades ago and held back surgery on the other knee up to now

Hello Alina, I am presently in Chaweng Beach and stay at the Evergreen resort near the beach … I highly recommend for the price and they have nice bungalows away from the main street so I don’t hear sounds from the bars and nightlife from the main street 😃

Thank you! Sadly the sun burn was not technically my fault but crappy sunscreen that they shouldn’t be selling in the store. They took mine away on the train in Laos so I bought what was available there and it turned out to not work whatsoever.

If your bothered about rain ☔️ come to Pattaya, hasn’t rained for weeks, clear blue sky’s mostly 😊. You would like Bophut and Maenam area along the north coast, anywhere near Fisherman’s Village, to stay! Can’t believe the way you pronounce Koh Samui, never heard anyone say it the way you do 😮

Hope you get over the Sun burn and that it produces a nice tan. Agree with your dad, I don't want to retire and you need to stay active. This is my first day in ten years from going back to 2nd shift. Its a slow morning. Now I just need my daughter to step down from being a store manager and then moving onto being a Nomad You Tuber after her children finally grow up and leave. ( another 10 years from now) Have been watching a lot of travel videos on Thailand lately as it appears that many Nomad You Tubers are going there. It is an interesting low key country if you pick the right location to visit, but do I really want to be on perminent vacation? No I don't!

Pattaya is Amsterdam on steroids. I wouldn’t recommend swimming in the sea either. However the 45 minute ferry to Koh Larn Island is well worth a trip as thee water is turquoise there. Also Jomtien beach area just up the hill from Pattaya is very nice and has a cool night market.
