Nice Radio the Problem is the Price , I thought I would buy the device but when I told the preliminary price I had to say no because the price is far from the 817 ND is more than the price of the ICOM IC 705 hope that doesn't happen because then the FT 710 for POTA will come sooner

@@VOLKZZORN Yeah that tends to be the part that can keep us from buying a radio or not for sure. They gave me no MSRP at the ham fair but the estimates are $1200-$1700 that I've seen.

One important question: full duplex or not? We need TX on 2m and RX on 70cm (or opposite) simultaneously for LEO SATs and QO-100 operation. Any information regarding that? Big discussion is going on in Europe and no one is knowing it right now. It was not understandable regarding SAT.

Full duplex. The man explained to me UHF/VHF, UHF/UHF, VHF/VHF, VHF/UHF.

All I have seen, on their handout, was ATAS 25. I can't believe it won't be ATAS 120 compatible. I guess time will tell as they release more information.

@@BobBob-il2ku USB-C yes, confirmed, BT/WiFi unsure on both. I would wager it has BT but perhaps not WiFi. I'm watching for more information and can update.

Our show is for all and welcome in Japanese and English and enjoy speaking to visitors. We welcome in English too and enjoy speaking. He slowed for him and was good exchange. It is considerd rude to speak too slowly assuming one cannot speak English.
