Thanks Nick for a wonderful live stream video today. It is so interesting seeing all the questions you get asked. Lots of thought goes into them that is obvious. Enjoy the questions. Can understand your risk of fire. Be careful and you have the fire truck out there with you. Thanks so much Nick for the video. Prayers for a good crop production year for the Welkers The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

It’s tough for all farmers, you guys can have your bumps snd triumphs. I wish you guys would get more rain, ever since I’ve started watching you guys the amount of rainfall has gotten less n less. Lot of not enough rain for farmers and those who have to much rain can be just as tough. Will continue to pray for you guys to get a bumper crop! There is always next year that could be the year!

Nick, in dry weather and conditions, wrap a chain around your steer axle on your combines, it grounds the machine and helps prevents any "electrical" sparks that can cause a fire. This trick works, think of it as a grounding strap.

Trees in NY grow faster than we cut them down and nearly all hardwood. I have a common apple tree over 70 ft tall and it still bares fruit. Sugar maples 7 ft across the butt and 80 ft tall. I give firewood, mostly dead ash and maple, away to my neighbors.

Great point about tree hugger pollution. The smart thing to do would be to stop feeding them until they get the message. Too bad we can't. They will never admit that their policies have the opposite results of what they agitate for. Your tree hugger pollutes 50 times more than those who feed and house them.

Would it work if you harvested "fire strips" in the field at the beginning of harvest. By that I mean harvest strips perpendicular to the wind direction wide enough that the fire can't jump across or is there too much debris left on the ground for that to work? Can you set the combine to not distribute the debris like wheat straw harvesters do or at least, I think they do.

Just love respect... dont envy... try not 2 hate... dont be pushes around.. dont look for problems.. but dont back down prom them.. sadley so many people like you have forgot how strong you are and how powerfull you are.. because news outlets through the years have mentally beat you down.. i love the ua government and would die protecting them. Or any human for that matter... but remember 1 thing.. they work for you.. you and your kind are their bosses... you are 350,000,000,000 they are 100,000...... but we must never try and divide them, or disrespect them, or diamantle them.. Unless they draw down on civillians for no reason.... we need them 2 keep this country running.. problem is right now they need our help.. teach them 2 stop arguing.. we dont need a war 2 remove anyone from office ....all you need is unity... and stop watching all the bs. News and internet crap that gets everyone turned against each other... watch movies and youtube vids..america is awsome.
