Very much missed the Monty Python Intermission music LOL.!! Your parting comments of "hope your keeping cool" is actually relevant, we are having unseasonally warm weather - only just started spring and the air is full of hay fever! Urgh. But I was looking forward to more flower making, esp a demo on the 5 petal flower - I think showing it would have been more clear. Do you groove the hot iron over the lino template or iron over with the tool along the grooves...I just got a bit confused.

Hi Roxann! Sorry for the confusion. The lino template only worked with velvet. I put the velvet nap side down onto the lino, and press down with a hot steam iron. The lino should not be used with flower tools as it will melt. 😊

Hi Mali! Great suggestion! I think it might turn out similar to the yatch varnish - but it is certainly worth a try 😊

Hi, Oh no. I missed it. I'll watch the full video tomorrow, if I'm human again by then. My CPS (Chronic Pain Syndrome, from a sever whiplash injury 28 years ago, if anyone's interested. I find it boring) is acting a bit selfish today. I'm not complaining about the warm weather. I love the warm weather. I just wish it stopped changing all the time. My medical issues make's me an excellent weather forecaster. I don't even need any meteorological equipment. So boring. I just wanted to feed you know what for you. Yours, Ann

Dont worry - Im a chronic pain patient too (of over 35 years - ie since my young teen years) and yes - pain gets old VERY quick! I spend half my life feeling less productive than I wished. For me this live stream started at 2.30 am, im in Australia, so this was an insane time. I was almost awake, as my sleep clock is all upside down now. But at least I can skip the bits i dont need to see 🙂.

@@roxannlegg750 Hi Roxann, I'm sorry to hear that you have the experience of this lifestyle too. I wish you didn't. I think I have heard from my body clock too at times, usually it's out of whack. I may have American time one night and Aussie two days later. Yeah I lost my being able to work from my accident too. Even if I tried to stick with it, I had to let my work life go. On the one hand I had student loans to pay but on the other I live in a country with a socialized medical system and to a degree a socialized care system too. I also had a decent car insurance and it was the other drivers fault. So at least I earn money from that. But after 5½ years at uni this wasn't what I planed to do with my life. Sorry I can see that I'm dumping on you. That comes under "boring" so I'll stop now. How are you doing with life the universe and everything? Do you live somewhere nice and warm in Australia? I'm in Scandinavia so cool to cold, and with me the stork to a wrong turn. I thrive in warm to hot, and I don't mind humidity. I do wish for you to be well. Yours, Ann

@@annlidslot8212 No - I dont mind! Thanks...Im in Australia, and I hate the weather - I thrive in cold! But the live stream was 2.30 am, and some nights I could watch, not this time. Im in my early 50's but loved hats all my life, but hats are not trendy in AUstrallia, as we are a leisure country, and the only hats we wear are practical sun hats. Even at funerals no one wears hats. Ilona found this puzzeling and Im sure she doesnt believe me sometimes (LOL), but if I wear the most basic of woolen caps in winter, because its raining, ppl will comment on it, because its so unusual. And it has to be basic, wear something classy or fun, ppl will always ask "so...umm...whats the occasion?" haa Sadly - ive never worked, pain has been there since my early teens and limited my choices in life. Altho I did run a small cake business for about 20 years from home. But my husband has been a good support. Ive taken on historical costuming over 20 years ago, and then historicall millinery, and I just this week won third prize for my historicall 1830's bonnet at the Royal Adelaide Show. I was inspired by bonnets in the series Gentlleman Jack! Last year I took in a first in the costume category. I also work at as a vulunteer at a museum, a littlle cottage in the country, a living museum and do it in costume showing visitors thru most weekends, and I curate the costume and domestic items. SO i do a lot of voluntary work, make hats, collect vintage hats, and such. I not only have a spinal injury from a riding accident as a teenager, but I had endometriosis and adenomyosis and just had extensive surgery for it - ive been crippled for years from this and life has been very slow, but Im hopeing Im now im on the road to a permanent recovery. SOme nights like last night were terrible sleep, so I feel rubbish now, and we are heading into summer (which is my hibernation time - the heat is horrible here), and my work sporadic and unpredictable, but years of invisible illness, combined with limited mobility mean Im gald to have a husabnd who is the provider for the family, and I supply the fun part for our life. He loves my hats too, and dressing up in costume for the museum. Always love to meet partners in crime - so to speak! Hope you have a better day today
