I really appreciate this video because it's REAL and very helpful to the average person fixing to walk into a nerve-racking interview, especially when you don't have superb communication skills or your like me and you become tachy and feel like blacking out when you're in the spotlight. You can read interview tips all day long but THIS was more helpful to me than any of it and reminds me that we are all human and we all get nervous and may not have the perfect response to EVERY question but we can get through it...you did outstanding btw! I just got my license a few weeks ago and I appreciate fellow nurses/students that share these types of experiences.

I've been in the medical field for almost 16 years and now I'm working my way into the hospital setting as a CNA. Had my interview today, but the lead nurse had the least interest into asking me much of anything. She barely skimmed through the top of my resume. I had handed her a little portfolio. She called another nurse and asked her, "wanna read through this? Do you have any questions?" 😱 I was glad when the interview was over. She seemed stressed and her patience ran thin, like she has way too much 💩 on her hands to have to take the time to interview candidates. The other nurse was so nice and friendly. We made small talk about the suddenly change in the weather. I complemented her make up as I was leaving and she had a big smile.
