Cars get towed for all kinds of reasons but the most important questions is why is this child left alone in a car to begin with... glad the child is fine and safe now

I know that the police do. And most State private tow companies do. I can't speak for every state of course I don't personally know that. Maybe somebody else can comment if they know of a state in our nation that doesn't check a car but most tow companies do search a car because they are liable for the contents once they get a car into their possession.

@@stacyA65 repos go really fast and they do NOT look in the cars, it takes a few seconds and they take off with the car.

Yeah why isn't the mom getting charged with leaving the child unattended in a vehicle and running back into the apartment complex. The tow truck driver did nothing wrong. The mother was very irresponsible. You never leave a child unattended in a vehicle ever!! What was she running back into the apartment complex for and leaving a sick child unattended.? Are there going to be charges against the mom? If you press charges against the tow truck company there should be charges pressed against the mother. There are two sides to the story so please tell both of them. 😡
