Lil Farri What even is this comment and why does it have so many thumbs up? Of course you might get arrested if they find out you have warrants or broke the law after being detained, do you think detaining someone is a promise to not arrest them? @chechnya1395 7 жыл бұрын
The thing is, there is no "one" ladder. You pick your own, and YOU choose the way you want to live it. I do not judge the people who chose this life, neither. I am just telling you my thoughts from the quote of the police officer, who simply, without knowing the story or context of the other human being's life, is telling them to "turn their life around", as if, that is so simple.
@KerryParkIslanders-nq4rm

Chech Nya yeah it is just don't be lazy. 90% of these people put themselves in these situations
@chechnya1395
@chechnya1395 7 жыл бұрын
Oh, yeah, of course. I am sure you have the official statistics of those "90%" as well, and you know the story of everyone's lives. If anyone could live a better life, and was given the opportunity, many, many people would obviously choose so. The thing is, in the early life, not many are as privileged as you and others, and when they're already on the bad part of life, it's even harder to "turn around", which is what my point was. You don't know why they chose this life, so you cannot judge them for it based on it's own.
@KerryParkIslanders-nq4rm

Being detained doesn't mean anything. The cops just want you to remain there while they finish what they're doing. If you've done nothing wrong, after being detained just remain calm, comply with their directions to make the whole process easier, then go on your way once they have finished. Simple.

Could be the same crimes just nine counts. One warrant for each count. Sometimes the DAs office an be a holes and place x number of warrants for the same offense just depends on the number of instances.

It depends on the state. Colorado is still secondary. You must be pulled over for something else before they can cite for seatbelt.

There was this one guy who got stopped, when they ran his info and put him in cuffs. When he asked why the officer said he gave him false ID that he didn’t look like the guys pic that came back because the guy that came back was a heavier set guy and the guy they stopped was skinny. Turns out it was him, he had just lost a lot of weight.

I admit I didn't realize he had so many warrants, however people have a hard time realizing that once your limited by the government to do simple things like driving, it can cripple you, not to mention it puts you In the position to break more laws hoping it will help you get out of the hole your already in. No ones perfect, but I know a majority of people don't deserve to be treated like scum because of their past mistakes with the law.

Bob Idk you know what would have helped the situation. Follow the laws the first time if you can’t handle the consequences. Billions of people do it everyday so why can’t anyone else.

My first time being pulled over I was 20, and granted I look like an innocent person. Dressed presentably, good manners etc. I was going 60 in a 45 and they weren’t on camera or anything. They knew I was slightly nervous and I couldn’t even find the registration and insurance for the longest time bcs I was driving my moms vehicle to go visit a friend I only had my license to give them initially. But they treated me very nicely and with much respect. I didn’t get a speeding ticket only a warning on that. And instead they wrote me some other ticket that was $45. I could’ve gotten 3 different tickets throughout that stop. The moral of the story is that all cops are not bad people.
