@Ryan Dunsmore you are right of course but my hypothetical was: i'm a criminal with illegal weapons and i have hid one in the car and one on my body. I'm already out of the vehicle and in handcuffs. They ask me "do you have weapons?". Telling them or not telling them about the weapons doesn't really matter legally. I bought them illegally, i don't have a gun license, i'll be in the biggest trouble available. So with the weapon in the car i'll take the off chance that they overlook it. But with the weapon on me it's different: they'll definitely find it and i want the police and the judge or jury who are told about my conduct to think "Well, she was kinda cooperative". If i don't tell them about the weapon on me they might even think i was hoping to use it against them after all. So about THAT one i tell them.

Just to play devil's advocate, when a person is under an anxiety attack or a panick attack it's equivalent to an asthmatic having an asthma attack. I feel bad he made the poor choices he did to get to the place he's in, in his life, and hopefully instead of locking up drug addicts, we should start UnderStanding them. I'm a recovering addict and there is such a stigma on people who use, and it's quite sad, like they're dirty, or shamed from society. So It's not a bad thing to joke and laugh, but there are times where a little love could go a LONG way with people in need.
