I would not like to SEE a kid crying under the circumstances either. It's terribly sad. I would FIRST want the perp. With that said, maybe he did not have kids yet, either. There's a difference IMHO. She could've been a productive citizen and stepped out of the car and surrender to what she did wrong and be on her way.
