In drivers ed you are taught that 2 beers within 2 hours for a 150lbs person is right at the legal limit which is 0.08 BAC. So I think they memorize and practice saying 2 beers in case they get pulled over and if they know there coming across drunk they want to give the officer the impression that there right there at the legal limit but not over. Also admitting you had more beers than legally allow you get a one way ticket to jail and you dont even get to take the field sobriety test.

Blame KZbin, I've heard so many content creators complain about this. They basically made it more lucrative to have more videos rather than longer ones. So if you have 100 people watch ads on six 10 minutes videos (1 hour) it's makes more than 100 people watching an ad on one 1 hour video.
