The ripped dog seat is why they are not allowed in the car in Maryland. During a K9 search they order you to hand your keys out the door after you roll up all your windows and all occupants stay in the vehicle. At no time is a dog allowed to enter the vehicle.

Dan Eggars I believe that was incorrect. For starters I do not know a single law enforcement officer who will allow any passengers in a vehicle that he or she is running a dog around, if you are not free to leave then you are being detained which gives an officer the right to order any and all passengers out of the vehicle well he continues his investigation. second if a dog alerts on a car then an officer can absolutely let the K9 into the vehicle in order to help pinpoint the location of a hit.

In MD, the SOP is to leave occupants in the car and have all doors and windows closed and keys on the roof of the vehicle. Yes, they can pull you out, and I am well aware of that, but SOP is not to. Once the dog confirms, they do a physical search after detaining. The dog is NEVER allowed in the car, and while it may be legal, MD doesn't allow it for this exact reason of property damage which, IMO, since the property owner was not involved, is unnecessary. They could have recovered the same drugs with a positive hit and physical search.

Do you have any evidence to back up that wild assertion? Perhaps IQ test comparisons of cops vs the general public? I doubt you have anything comprehensive to back up your opinion. And I think it is rather trivial to demonstrate you are, in fact, wrong. A lot of police forces in America are very picky about who they even bother train to become cops. It isn't universal, but the standards are increasing due to recent events specifically. In my county, for example, they pick people with at least associate degrees in criminology or sociology or previous military experience (with a preference for both), all of which require a competency greater than that of children. The training to become a cop has also become increasingly academic in nature, including a lot of classroom time with very strict standards (failure of a particular class is not an option). They are formally educated in the procedures, psychology, and the laws and statutes. Some may not retain what they learn as well as others, but at some point they have to pass numerous academic tests to become police. It is not the case that they just hire any old dummy off the street and hand them a gun and car. Even the handling of a firearm requires more competency than that of children, a particular skill for which they constantly train even after they certify. And the aggressive driving training alone is far beyond the capacity of a child. If you think someone could survive a high speed police chase, including pitting vehicles and deploying spike strips with only the competency of a child, you must be familiar with some really gifted children. These are very tricky skills to master and involve a ton of training. The various cities, counties and states that hire cops don't want lawsuits due to morons making big mistakes, so they do set standards that not everyone in the general public (let alone children) can meet. They have a vested interest both financially and morally to not hire morons. Besides a high bar regarding background checks wherein you must lack a criminal history, most require your credit score to be sufficiently high to demonstrate financial responsibility, not something the average child has. So at best you were being overtly hyperbolic in your assertion and at worst you were simply wrong due to a predisposition you have in your mind regarding your subjective perception of police.

It could also be used to cut product. Laxatives are used to cut coke, and also used for various other drugs, but notoriously used for coke. In fact, the vast majority of street-level coke and even some off of DNM's are cut with some form of laxatives. Also it is common for Levamisole to be used, which is for treating parasitic worm infections. You don't get far selling just laxatives, its a good way to get busted too. You won't get repeat customers, and obviously make enemies and a bad rep. The thing is, you would need to be constantly finding new customers to rip off once. That is the exact opposite of how to succeed as a drug dealer. The key to not getting caught is to have a solid customer base, because new customers are how you get caught. You want trustworthy customers that have a very low chance of talking, because if they talk then they lose their dealer, and their charges are almost always too petty to bother. Also you would be a target if you did that. That is why is is very unlikely that he is selling laxatives as fake drugs, rather he is stepping on his product, and the product he is cutting is most-certainly already cut, probably multiple times before he gets it. Each time its passed down, its probably cut. This is why the cocaine business sucks for the consumer, other drugs don't have this issue. If they do, its very minor compared to the guarantee of heavily cut product. You have to really know what you are doing to get relatively pure cocaine, and even if you do get a source, its often temporary. Disclaimer - Been there done that on both sides years ago.

Richland County used to use silver over black (silver hood, pillars, roof, and trunk, black body) but around the time I moved away in 2004 they were switching to the all-black they use now. The Crown Vics looked real good with the silver hood. definitely something that you should try! Everyone reacts to cannabis differently, but it has definitely helped me with arthritis and insomnia. would recommend
