No Refunds a board game and someone’s rights are not even comparable. This man is innocent until he is proven guilty in a court of law. I suggest you read up on some Supreme Court decisions that deal with criminals and their rights. Many Justices in the past and present disagree with your statements and rightly so. We have a constitution that protects up from a tyrannical government like the government we rebelled against in the 18th century. I have no pity nor sympathy for this man but he has rights even as a suspect to a crime. It doesn’t matter if the crime was videotaped and there were multiple witnesses, he is innocent until proven guilty and has rights that cannot be taken away from him.
