I had the same thoughts till I figured he drilled a hole on a part of the shell to leash it, probably on the back end or the side. Dr Chef 10-12 times??? You mean using NATO (ball) ammunition? I prefer .40 cal, but statistically, a good hollow point 9mm round (like cops carry) has an excellent record of "one-shot stops" as compared to other calibers. Plus, it's sooo much easier to take follow-up shots with a 9mm. I love my .44's, but in any combat situation, the 9mm wins for ease-of-use every time.

He is both right and wrong. I would much rather have a 9mm with hollow points as well for the same reasons, however no matter what, ALL handguns are pretty sucky fight stoppers and typically require multiple rounds on target. It's a give and take thing, but whenever possible, I would prefer a rifle over a handgun.

He would still have to identify him, which is extremely hard to do in the dark, even under the circumstances of assuming that that was the guy he was looking for. The cop wouldn't know who the guy was until he saw his face(and that's even excluding the fact of providing ID).

Fake Donut Operator ... I was going to say 4”, 6 1/2” and 8 1/2”. But the latter is actually 8 3/8”. But checking on Wiki shows they actually made a 6” and a 10 5/8” model. And since the one in the pic really looks like, at most, the 8 3/8” model, it ain’t the super-sized version. Interesting note: Dirty Harry’s .44 started out as a chrome, 4” model but the lighting didn’t work well. There was a limited availability of these guns at the time bc they weren’t at all popular. One that was available was the blued 6 1/2” model. Eastwood tried it and liked the look better. There you go.

The officer can't revoke his CCW, I can practically guarantee that. Those licenses are issued by the states, it's their responsibility to notify the person. Who knows what happened. It wouldn't be surprising if the state failed to notify him. In OK you can be charged with a crime, have a warrant issued, and you will not be notified. It's just a surprise when you get pulled over. Unless you search for yourself regularly in the online database.

If you are under any sort of investigation involving a weapons charge/domestic case. A CCW will be revoked until after a case has been concluded. But you still need to reapply for your ccw to be reinstated. This is common knowledge. Unfortunately, not knowing the law isn't a excuse for breaking it.

@@sickbyy I erased a huge chunk to say this, to be plain and simple, the cop KNEW who he was, asked him if he had a weapon, he was previously stripped of his weapon, was carrying and admitted to carrying, then was arrested, should have been mirandized because even without a cause for concern of his bike, he had a prior felony, cop didn’t even have to run his ID. Now, I ain’t a lawyer but that COULD be used as profiling BUT like I said, cop made the call putting cuffs on, should have read him his rights and sent him.

@@rexmedina4561 None of those are investigatory questions. The cop was basically explaining to the guy what was happening, but did it in question form for some weird reason. The guy had a concealed weapon on him that was easily identifiable even under the shirt and did not have an active CCW. You don't have to ask questions to charge that case, the facts speak for themselves.
