In response to the question: What do you think are the INTJ superpowers: They allow us to see beyond the system. They allow us to see beyond the personal. Every person has equal value to every other person. We are able to reflect on society as a whole, rather than taking sides. It's an objective perspective, in that no one person (or cause) is absolutely correct. Yet, "paradoxically", because we are humans, we are all "playing" for ourselves or our own personal values of the moment. We experience ourselves as able to step outside of time, for brief periods of time as we know it. We live for these brief moments of insight, while being aware of the folly of our own subjectivity.

Another great interview- and a fabulous example of what Ni *actually* looks like in reality rather than the “I know the future” descriptions you see out there. And I also very much agree with his take on my question about the Beebe model. Too determinative for my liking, as well, which was something I was curious/happy to hear from a fellow gamma.

A difference in types with Si and Se seems to me that when you get to know types with Si,their inner experience of life has this mammel like quality to it. Like with mammels, a lot of it comes down to the desire to be alive and not suffer, have enough food and all that. There is a certain mammel like "warmth" in them that Ni types do not seem to have in a similar manner inside. On the outside Ne/Si types may seem all over the place and heads in the clouds with Ne, but the inside is very down to earth and very earthy in general. Ideas are just past time and the thing that actually matters are the same things that matter to animals (not dying, having shelter, savety, having enough food).The Si is all about the core of being a living creature on earth. The Se types on the other hand seem to have their mammel side more on the outside. They see the objects in the external world like animals do. They are just what they seem to be. An object is something you can push, jump or break and similar types of physical characteristics. The mammel side of types with Se also has a more (animal) predator (carnivore) side to it like a lion,where it wants to fight the enviroment and others to dominante. Like such animals their animal side think less about the future (a lot of felines eat all other animals in an enviroment and then as a consequence run out of food for the future - they do not think this through). They also more so compete with others carnivores environment and do not really build shelters or any other future related things. This is different from the more herbivore nature of the Si types, who are more like hibernation animals like rodents, who store all kind of food in their shelter in preparation for bad times like winter and build complex shelters to shield themselves from the attack of other animals. Si types are much less competative than Se types, just like carnivires tend to be more competative than herbivores. Si is much more about arming yourself and being prepared when it comes to defence where Se is much more about attack in the here and now. I'm not sure how any of this is related to the video, but it just crossed my mind and maybe it helps some people to grasp these functions better.

I think a talkshow audience that acts as a unit is not really Fe since the origin of this seemingly social behaviour is not social at all, but rather is a created construction that is beforehand thought out by the makers of the talkshow in order to manipulate the viewers into thinking the audience actually colllective feels one way or the other. In essence it is purely acting based on a script (what the audience is doing). You could say it is meant to "imitate Fe" so that the viewer at home is hopefully taken along with this emotion, just like music in a movie is conciously constructed in order to persuade the viewer to feel certain emotins in certain scenes. However, I could see how such an audience could feel like it's some crazy "Fe mob" that's constantly collectively feeling/judging things without checking in with themselves if they even agree such things.

I agree with Micheal on the simulation theory of reality. Philosophically, it is based on the human propensity to compare our minds and their worlds to the most advanced technology that exists at one moment. At one point in human history, the abacus was seen as the perfect analogy for the human mind. Then, it was the electronic calculator, then the computer, then AI and now, virtual reality.

Michael mentions that most of his friends are INFP - that makes me wonder how it is that he managed to meet so many N types. Maybe his area has more N types? (I've always had trouble meeting N's. I seem surrounded by S types wherever I turn, lol. (I live in western Canada.) Not that S types aren't wonderful, but being an N type myself (or I think I mostly am one anyway), I often wish that I could talk more to people who are on a similar "wavelength" as me.

Maybe he did not really meet that many N types in general, but only made friends with the relative few Ns he met over the years? Also, it could be that he met them in certain fields that seem to attract more N types. Typology is such an example of a topic that (relatively) attract more N types. Also it seems to me that more creative/artsy type of areas or subjects attract relatively more N types. On the other hand, the most mainstream subjects or things like sports usually attract more S types. However, these may just be my experiences

I've thought about that question, before; of why the proportions of the types are what they are. I think evolution may why. Sensors probably hold up society, both the chaotic Se doms, and the stable Si doms. We need intuitives, though, to prevent stagnation. Tribes that weren't balanced this way probably didn't proliferate as well... As for why women are more likely to be Feelers, and men Thinkers, I think that has to do with raising children. Children need emotional development, as well as a callous understanding of how the world works. The best way to ensure each child gets both, is to leverage the fact that each child requires a man and woman to create them.

Haha :), I wrote it simply because to some people this LosSeaPiano name might look a little more like a brandname (compared to a persons name/nickname). It's also possible that I just know something wrong about using the word "actual", because I learned this word from context (possibly incorrectly) and not from a dictionary, but I guess it's most likely acceptable because I'm not a native English speaker, but trial and error is a good teacher, so next time I might think twice about using these words next to eachother: "actual nickname" :) Probably I should have written maybe something like: "Losea is actually my nickname." or "Actually, Lossea is my nickname." or whatever sounds more natural to native English speakers. (?) By the way, just for the fun of it: Are you a Ti-dom by any chance? :) Have a good one!
