I love learning more about your Christian based yoga. I have been searching for something like this for a long time. I was born again at age 8 but walked away from my church many years ago when my mom died from cancer. I just survived Hurricane Ian and with God's mercy and grace our home did too! It has brought me back to my roots and I just purchased my first Bible in 35 years! My hubby and I have been reading it daily. He was a non-believer who recently accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. I have been practicing yoga in studios, before COVID, for many years. We only moved to FL in Feb of this year and were hit by a horrifying hurricane. I have never felt so terrified but am so happy it brought me back to my spiritual walk with God. I love that I can do this yoga from the comfort of my home but the fellowship, with other people in person, is what I miss most of all. COVID stole 2 years of our lives and I wish I could find a Christian yoga studio so I could fellowship with other believers who love yoga like me! But for now, you both have created a beautiful thing and I thank you for your gift! :)

My opinion? it is an outright fact, yes you are if you are a true Christian otherwise you are no different from kkk or many other Christian heretic sects. It is not yours in the first place to do whatever you want and your christ wasn't the one who invented it, it was the Hindu god shiva and yogis/sages who invented it at least be grateful to them. Peace? LOL, you think the original inventors of yoga couldn't achieve peace when cheap rip offs can? Hindus have achieved more than that in spirituality kiddo. You people are just doing baby steps by ripping off others. when your puny god doesn't have anything to give you 🤣 if you do yoga you are worshipping Hindu gods remember that 😂

Hello, I'm new to your channel. I am a Christian is severe need for stretching exercises for my body and I won't participate in yoga because of its spiritual consequences. How can I know that you are truly Christian and is Jesus your Lord? I don't see any symbolism of your faith and I just need to be sure you are wanting to Glorify God through Christ Jesus. Can you share your testimony?
