Day 13: 30 Days of Christian Yoga - Caroline Williams Meditation
In today’s slow practice with Caroline Williams Yoga, we’ll spend our time together stretching it out, ending with a nice, long Savasana. It is my prayer that all of us, like the writer of Psalm 139, would grow in our desire to be led in the way everlasting.

Thank you 🙏🏻 Caroline for these videos. May the Lord bless you in return as you have done for us. This 30 days of Yoga is so easy on my poor wrist. After my baby was born and endless nights co-sleeping I have numbness and pain in my hand but this program has been strengthening it gently. You are a wonder, a humble genius on this Earth. Thank you for my quiet, God-centred mornings! 😊

@@CarolineWilliamsYoga I lost my husband at the end of 2020 and have done your yoga for Hard Seasons over and over again. It has been a lifesaver to help relieve the stress that lands in my body as I continue to adjust to the loss. I really appreciate the short gentle videos and the encouragement in the Lord. Oh Caroline! Thank you! I have been loving this daily journey! Without the ‘challenge’ I would never have done this, but you (and the Lord, may His name be praised!) are helping me to develop a habit! I’m very grateful for this! Gods timing is perfect ! I love that im about a week behind on these because this exercise hit just right today. I really appreciate how you take note of how intense these can be for some people, and how you're always switching it up. After this 30 day challenge, im still gonna do some stretching every day.. what do you recommend?
