The sandow system. He first stressed mind muscle connection. You would start on very light dumbbells. Do the exercises in a series. One exercise then move on. Exercise non stop. You would start on like 15 reps and add every day. Once you got to a certain number of reps , I think it was 100 you could start doing heavy lifts. All the dumbbell stuff and platform lift and so on. Singles I think. You could also increase the light dumbbell system weight gradually. I wrote this list down years ago and managed to find it.🙂 1. Biceps curl 2. Biceps curl (reverse grip) 3. Alternate lever bicep curls 4. Lever bicep curls 5. Chest opener 6. Alternate press 7. Alternate anterior raises 8. Wrist rotations 9. Dumbbell rotations (clockwise) 10. Dumbbell rotations (anti-clockwise) 11. Left lunge punch 12. Right lunge punch 13. Press ups 14. Press ups with bands 15. Sit ups 16. Dumbbell squats 17. Great vid! In watching, it brought back find memories of my childhood in the 80's, flipping thru the Guinness Book of World Records, admiring that beard of bees guy

I prefer a loaded back pack to a vest, I find that I get too hot wearing a vest I use a small 5:11 day day bag that fits well, has a camel back pocket, it has a good back frame, good shoulder straps, good side adjustment, it also has a front strap, which stops a lot of movement and keeps the shoulder straps in place, even when I'm dropping to the ground for a push up or 10 I also 100% agree on NOT over loading, I've learnt from 25 odd years of military service that carrying a heavy pack takes its toll, nowadays I just carry a 6kg Kb wrapped in a towel, 2 litres of water in the camel back, and a first aid kit I've found this to be a good weight that makes a difference, but not that heavy to risk injury, especially when walking on uneven surfaces during a bush walk

Wrap your kb in a towel before loading it in your ruck, works great to save the tailbone! Thanks for the discussion guys, I always learn something!!

Hi Pat, i noticed there is no subtitles available anymore, like it used to be, since a few episodes i think. It makes it much more difficult to understand everything for me (i'm french) Do you think it would change in the future ? ☺ Lots of respect for your work. Gilles

There are subtitles for me. The auto-generated subtitles sometimes take 24 hours to show up.
