I’ve been doing the humane Burpee at 55 years old and kind of enjoy it. Knew the kettle bells but it’s helping me recover from running injury and a JiuJitsu injury. Thanks to both of you kettlebells are king! Also have given the armor building complex go great for a quick workout. Only using a single kettlebell version using both a 16 and a 20 kg bell.

It's terrible that people have so quickly ripped the book onto the internet. They are the real criminals. As for the people that take it, the lines are very blurred these days. There is so much content online these days freely available that it must be confusing to know what is supposed to be free and what isn't.
