As to the question about meeting high protein needs: You can do it with little supplementation. Im 155lbs and eat nearly 2lbs of ground beef a day. That's already anywhere from 130 to 180g of protein depending on the fat percentage of the ground blend. Boom. I've already met my body weight not counting any eggs, cheese, added collegen, whey protein etc...

I do an Orgain milk protein shake(30g) and mix it with the Vital Proteins unflavored collagen(18g) to start my day every day.

One trick I've heard and tried for protein in a pinch is egg whites and sugar free chocolate syrup. It tastes like chocolate milk and has over 50 grams protein 0 grams carbs and fat with 250 calories in a 2 cup serving.

Just a warning, Tuna has been known to contain quite high levels of mercury and other heavy metals and plenty of people warn not to eat it in high quantities. Sardines and other fish lower on the food chain are a better option. As far as collagen. I find it amazingly enjoyable to just mix it in onto my cooked ground beef with butter. Amazing. Only thing better is to then top it off with honey on top! (Buy ny fanily thinks im nuts). Beef, butter, collagen, and honey!!! Daaaamn.

I myself for extra protein is I have 3 of those Chicken of the Sea flavored tuna packets, 16 grams of protein in each packets, and I buy the Fairlife protein shakes, 30 grams of protein in each bottle I buy them at Costco.

I drink the Fairlife protein shakes as well. It's an easy way to get a chunk of protein.

A lot of those Costco bars and proteins are mostly soy.
