And they haven’t been able to see their paternal grandparents. It’s so tragic and evil. I hope they can be raised far away from any of the Adelsons and have peace and love in their lives.

Imagine you’re innocent and a random guy hands you a letter with a article of your murdered son-in-law demanding $5000. If someone asked you who is was from, you’d say “I have no idea!” Instead, Donna said “I have a pretty good idea” and then later on said it involved “the two of them” and that charlie would have a pretty good idea what it was about. That’s all you need to hear to KNOW they were involved. Not the behavior of innocent people…or even innocent people being extorted and scared. They KNOW what’s going on…that’s a red flag

If the Adelsons had been innocent, there would have been plain talk: “Look what happened to me today!” She would have clearly told Charlie what the agent said. That piece blew mine mind. Plus Donna tells Charlie the letter involves the “two of us”. The agent actually said Katie’s name and not his ex-girlfriend. I’m glued to this trial.

Whoever asked the question about Katie not knowing who Tuto and Tato were... she knew EXACTLY who they were and that they went together for the hit because she delivered the money to them after... she was either acting purposely dumb (which she tried to do at her trial to no avail) or didn't want Charlie to know Sigfredo did it for her... it's possible Katie just said some gang members did it and didn't tell Charlie who. Not sure which as Katie only recently, sort of, starting telling the truth...

The one thing that makes this family really scummy is that they quit allowing Dan's own parents to be with the only remaining trace of Dan, his children. I enjoy most of your insights but sometimes...Not the best undercover work? If the goal is to get the suspect talking then it was gold. I don't think Clarence Darrow could get a defendant out of the conversation between Charlie and Katherine (sp). They are freaked out, combined with the fact that the mother got a note and then a call and none of them went to the cops while the cops were looking for who murdered the father of their grandchildren. Pretty damning stuff.
