They should have made the rear look like the current model imo. I looks good in the grayish blue color but in some colors and angles I don’t like it. The deck lid panel would have made it way better honestly. They could have added it on the GT and Dark horse to differentiate them from the ecoboost model.

I like it too! Just wish the Bronze was a bit more Bronze, unless it only looked a bit dull because of the video quality.

I feel that the GT will be around $54,000. It will be an expensive mustang with all that technology in there you know it's going to be expensive.

Not a fan, but I guess it'll grow on me, slowly. This is the first, at least to me, Mustang that doesn't look like a Mustang. Every Mustang made up to now, you glance at it and tell it was a Mustang though it was just a little harder with the S550's, but you could tell. This one, change the tailights and throw on an Aston-Martin badge, a Maserati or a handfull of other nameplates and who could tell the difference? Strong Mach-E inputs, and that dash....... I know Ford is doing this because of the Global status of the Mustang and the youth movement (the video game dash). Now, the Mustang has to appeal to a international audience, and because of that, it's not same pony but it will sell. But what do I know? Two of my kids drive Teslas.

I'm in a similar boat, again at least for now. It's a bit harder to tell this a Mustang for sure imo. I'm really curious what the price will be because if its more expensive than previous Mustangs (which based on all the tech I assume it will be), that would be going against what Mustangs are known for -- affordable power/performance. Either way, I hope this new model makes the prices of 2015+ models drop... I want a 2018 so badly haha. Absolutely love them!

@@OctaneStreet I'm too old school. I have the Bullitt , a 67 Mustang fastback and trying to get the new Chrysler 300c, but with Mopar only making 2K of them and the mark-up that it'll get, chances are slim to none on that one. Also I think the Dark Horse should have simply been called "Nightmare". But like I said "what do I know?"

@@tatj83 Yea that's a big yikes on the Chrysler... Markups these days are a whole nother vehicle added on... But I agree Nightmare would have been a dope name for sure, however I actually think the name Dark Horse makes a lot of sense so I'm not mad at it. But oh man, if I ever get my hands on my dream classic muscle car J, I hope you'll be here for it haha. Here's to hoping the channel and myself make it that far! 💪

480 is good 460 is good. I saw so many police cars tonight taking my nightly ride in Dallas Texas. You won't be able to use all that horsepower anyway. Unfortunately too many guys get on the streets and race and make it rough for us. I saw two charges racing doing the daytime and had a terrible accident. Ridiculous that's why they trying to get rid of the muscle cars. Go to the racetrack please that's where you race.

Street racing is definitely not the reason to get rid of muscle cars imo. If anything, evs are even more dangerous with that instant torque and power 🤐 Hah

@@OctaneStreet you might be right but they are really trying to curve the appetite of Street racing. In Dallas you go down the highway and somebody is doing 100 and racing. I have a 2019 mustang GT. I would never take that chance to put other people's lives in danger but that's just me being mature I'm not a kid anymore.

I won't let go of my '21 for any of these abominations. I've owned every gen except for the 2nd, in my 32 years of owning Mustangs....looks like with all this yuck designed to appeal to kids with no money is gonna turn a lot of us older guys completely off. If I wanted a Charger blended with Camaro features I'd just buy a Camaro. The disappointment in this car in the community is real. Ford blew it.

Strong opinions, though from a business stand point it would make sense to appeal to a younger generation most likely... Still, I can't say i'm pleased with the design haha. I'm hoping it'll grow on me!
