What’s the difference between neutralizing and clarifying

Neutralizing is a shampoo used to get all the chemical relaxer or perm out your head. Clarifying is a shampoo used to get your hair completely clean of all the dirt, oil and product buildup that has accumulated on your scalp and hair shaft that will not come off with just a regular shampoo.
