This is a master salesman, without the pushy overly inquisitive non sensical runaround. Sticks to his facts, knowledge and identifying what the customers gripes are while overcoming them and building rapport along the way. A master in his craft.

I just got into the Solar industry and I really enjoy this man’s attitude, that is key for me in sales is attitude. I’m a people person I love talking and connecting with people, I sold cars for 4 1/2 years and am very excited for this opportunity in the solar industry. Solar makes too much sense it’s about gaining the trust to get the opportunity to explain the savings and benefits.

I'm only 10 minutes into the video right now but I can tell this guy is good. Really good active listener. He also knows infinitely more than I do about the technical aspects of power, roofing, house stuff. I'm new to solar sales and doing pretty bad. My personality type would be considered an owl. I'm basically a walking wikipedia page, which doesn't make people feel ready to jump into solar now, especially when they're getting pitched to constantly. Trying to learn how to pique their interest, apply urgency, ask the right questions, and find out what each person needs.

Shoutout from Washington State! Good market here now! Sounds great at the doors. I hope to get that proficient one day. To anybody newer, it is hard at first, but if you want to be in this industry, you have to work at it! Look the part, dress the part and SOUND the part! Be confident and don't lie. Solar is a tremendous opportunity (unless you are starting today in NEM 3 California....ugh)!

What people fail to realize is that your tonality and all the other minor stuff doesn't matter if you don't know the industry or the product your selling in and out. This guy built rapport by going at every objection with a technical explanation. Of course, him have the attitude, doing the different techniques, etc. helped in his favor but if he didn't know the in-depth details of his field then no matter how many rabbits he can pull out of his hat it doesn't matter.

Asking about a client's hesitation is key. Life is pain. People want to be validated. Even if they think they don't. Asking about someone's troubles and then being willing to go above and beyond to put them at ease really builds rapport with others. This world is full of nice, awesome people, but if you can't find one, be one.

When you “check the meter” you should really be checking the amperage to the main service panel to determine whether or not you need to factor in the cost of a main service panel upgrade based on their system size.

Why do you edit your door-to-door videos? Look at 11:18 compared to 11:20, how were you just on the driveway and at 11:20 you were stepping down from the front steps? I would appreciate the raw unedited videos so we can see your mistakes as well.
@RealSalesDynamics9 ай бұрын
We would absolutely love to also give you the raw unedited 40 minute long interactions however the majority of people only watch up to 15 minutes so we try to fit as much quality sales content into those 15 minutes. - Sincerely (The Editing Team)

#1 Rule for selling door to door. Respect local laws and 'No Soliciting' signs. Or else you can expect to be ticketed by the police and have your license revoked. Not to mention the company who hired you will get a boat load of bad press.
