Been a subscriber for 4 years. When I first started I weighed over 300lbs and was severely depressed. Ive lost over 150lbs and kept it off using these videos. I LOVED this workouts. AND the music selection is fantastic. Especially the cardio pushes between each combo. Thank you Jenny from the bottom of my heart. You've changed my life. My fitbit results: 129 bpm avg. 147bpm max. 559 cals 5,478 steps

I'm not new to exercise, but it's been 18 years since I last did step aerobic. I used to love it, but the city I live in didn't offer it so I stuck with other programs. Due to Covid I've started working out at home and bought some varied equipment, including a step. Today I felt like getting back in step aerobic and found this video (just finished the workout). I really enjoyed it and even after so many years it was amazing I could pick up the pace so quickly. I love the combination of coordination, cardio and focus and it just makes me happy! Thank you!

8 Weeks post prostate cancer surgery, finally can get back to stepping!! I can tell after 8 weeks of doing nothing has gotten to me. This is great to be able to do at home with forest fires in Oregon and air quality terrible, COVID still raging, loved the video. Recover from this one and find another! Thank you.

❤️❤️Honestly I have stopped exercising for more than 2 months, I was very depressed because, I was going through a series of meetings at my work, with the possibility of losing it 😢. But luckily I still keep my job and that makes me super happy !!! Anyway ... 3 days ago I started doing Step again and this last workout is Amazing !!! Honestly the first day I couldn't finish it, it was really hard !!!! Today was my third day and it still seems hard to me 😂😂😂, but it's incredible !!! I loved it when we repeated the 3 sections four times !!!! And the last push is great !!! Thank you Jenny for such spectacular work and share it with all of us !!!! I wish you have a great day !!! and we look forward to more workout !!! 💛💛

I've owned step equipment for years but because I went to the gym daily I had stopped using it. I just pulled it back out and found your video which is great for a refresher before moving on to the more intricate steps. Your cues are spot on and easy to follow. Great job! I love this workout. I am 59 and started step again a few months ago. I have found some are a bit too easy and some are a bit too hard. This one is just perfect. I was able to do all of the moves and still be a bit challenged at times. Thank your for all of your workouts. I have done the step across America workouts that are posted. Looking forward to doing more of them.

I really liked this work out. The karate kicks were energizing. The jump kicks were hard with two risers. I removed one set of risers and that made all the difference. Thank you for providing us with this service.

I have done this workout a few times now and I absolutely love it!! The break down and repeating at the end before "show time" worked perfectly as it was definitely in my head for when everything was combined. I loved the music and the level of difficulty. I am not an advanced stepper but needed something a little more than basic and this was just right! Sweating so much and I love it. Please can we see more workouts like this :)

Started stepping with you February 2018 and love your workouts. In my mid-fifties and never been so fit! Tend to stick with routines for a while but with lockdown 2 in England thought I would see if you had produced a new one and found this - love it! Not too complicated but certainly works my muscles. The music is great too. You are always so encouraging and bright, thank you.

I'm not sure what happened to you or if you'll be putting out new videos, I just wanted to say thanks so much for all of these, and I'm chugging along with them! I just discovered you a few months ago when I started working out, and have been using them daily! They're great! And I love that the BPM on the videos is reasonable, a lot of step workouts use a breakneck pace and it hurts my feet.

Yup, definitely sweaty. At about the 70% mark I wanted to quit, but I stuck with it and that last run through of all three sets got me so pumped again I was able to finish strong!! Another great video!!!

Life goal is to make my way up to this video. I have been doing the beginner one 3 times a week for the month of december but I am now trying to do it 4 times a week for January. This seems super intense but looks amazing. Hopefully I will be ready to give it a go in February. Looking forward to giving it a try. Thank you for getting me up and moving

Congrats on filming in all 50 states!!! I loved the 4x each breakdown before the finale where we put it all together. I had fun taking drink breaks with you just a half-hour or so after this went live. :) And yes, I giggled when you messed up and scrambled to get back on rhythm--only because I've done it myself before, hee! I had a blast! Loved that the breakdowns moved quicker and really loved repeating the combos. That is so much fun! I dreaded the cardio pushes but they weren’t bad. Thank you Tyler for adding the countdown clock. I like having it there! Hope I can actually make a live workout someday though!

This is an ideal workout as a preparation for HIIT workouts, a great introduction for these exercises. It made me sweat a lot and I can' t wait to try the new step workouts when they will come out by the end of this year. (hopefully) 😊🤹♀️💪💟

This was a wonderful step workout! I always enjoy your workouts but this was especially great for my anxiety as the students are coming back to school on Monday.
