Update: I completed the work-out in its entirety. I started Combo 1 with two risers & then switched to one riser for the remainder of the routine. Never give up; keep trying. I feel good and hope the scale rewards me! ;)

Did it for the first time yesterday. Very simple and basic but still quite a workout. Easy moves are the best to follow, makes them fun and I want to keep coming back to the same routine again and again.

LOVED IT!!!! I had stopped doing step years ago because it had gotten to be high impact and complicated choreography. This was the perfect pace. The outdoor setting is a nice change. I will definitely check out more of your videos!

This is really my favorite workout. I do this nearly every day. But I really loved the music on the older version, which was in here last week. Now the music is very loud and has changed a bit. I can’t understand the instructions. Would you Upload the older version again please? This would make me very happy! (I‘m sorry if my English is not perfect I’m from Germany 🙂)

I love this one ! I began to step a few months ago, and dropped everything else but weightlifting since then, because it's so effective in a short amount of time ! 30 mn a day is enough to keep me fit (I have to say my daily life is rather active though) Which of your downloadable workouts has the same level of difficulty/pace ?

Olga R Hello! Thanks so much! I always hesitate to give someone an exact number for how many calories they can burn since there are so many different factors. Truly, a heart rate monitor is your most accurate measure of how many calories you burn individually. Having said that, for a 1/2 hour cardio session a person could burn anywhere from 200-350 calories. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other quesitons. Thanks again!

Since the music is rather louder than your voice, especially toward the end, I put the subtittles on..too funny, the words are certainly not what you are saying, there is all sorts there, just made me giggle in places, but as always a great workout.

This one was difficult for me, and the music from section 3 on was too loud and I couldn't hear Jenny's voice well. Sorry for this old lady! Usually enjoy these videos. Great exercise.

I agree with some of the other comments. Music is too loud at the end and I couldn't hear the cues - especially because the volume on the tv is low because everyone else in the house are still sleeping 😴☹

Amy Judd it really just depends on the location. When we filmed Step Aerobics in Malibu I had people screaming things at me the entire time, that were driving by. I always try to expect the unexpected, that's for sure!

I have trouble too with the unbalanced sound. If l keep the music at a good level (for me) I cannot hear the directions. I love this routine though and wish the music and voice could be better balanced. Thank you.
