Join Jenny for a fun sweaty step training workout where we'll learn 3 amazing combos little by little. Get it done in a little over a half-hour, and end with a relaxing and refreshing stretch. Please subscribe to our channel. Thank you for your support!
Level: Basic
Description: Begin with a fun warm-up followed by 3 fun combos. Begin with a fun and simple warm-up, then move onto 3 fun combos where we'll learn moves like 4 knee repeaters, march on top of the bench, turn steps, kick cross kick repeaters, march or jog on the floor, L-step into across the top, hams corner corner with optional ham hop over and back. Cool down, and end with a quick stretch in 35 minutes. We'll go straight to putting them all together back to back. End with a quick cool down and stretch. I thank God for my Jenny Ford. I was diagnosed with CHF and pre diabetes two years ago. Decided to loose weight and get myself back in shape. Doing your step aerobics and marching tapes plus giving up sugar and flour I've lost 105 lbs. Thank you and God Bless.

I live in the Pacific Northwest. With Covid 19 and all the smoke we've been experiencing, I bought a step to help motivate me to maintain my exercise routine. Then I discovered Jenny Ford's step workouts, and I love it! After about 30 min, I am dripping sweat and have earned over 3,000 steps! Her positive energy and the way she helps me to work my body has also been beneficial for my mental and emotional health. Thanks!

Thanks so much Jenny. I did step aerobics for years through the 80s into the early 2000s. However I had to stop due to my heart function (congenital defect to my aortic valve). Had open heart surgery April 2015 to get a replacement valve. Been walking but wanted to do step again. Your basic routines have been wonderful. I am able to get through them, am a sweaty mess but feel great. My body is getting toned again and I feel energized. I really do appreciate it!!

Hi Jenny! I just figured out how to comment on your videos. Lol! I just wanted to tell you how much I love and appreciate you! Your step videos are everything! I told myself..."this year I will begin working out!" I've had gym memberships for years, but I had a son, although he's 10 now, his social life keeps me busy, so I hadn't worked out in years! However, I remembered how much I loved Step Class when I did, so I bought the original step! I'm telling you "this bench and YOU" have CHANGED MY LIFE! I do at least 1 video every morning and sometimes at night! Every time someone compliments me, I tell them about my BFF "Jenny Ford!!" You're AWESOME! 😘

I never get tiredof a Jenny step workout, always workouts to match your mood and fitness level. Sporting a very small injury so not doing my advanced step workouts at the moment, but this is my great go to workout!

Being unable to work during the Covid-19 pandemic, I have the opportunity to exercise more, but there are no gyms open in the UK at the moment. Luckily I still have my old step from the 1990's and I am so grateful for your videos. I had forgotten what a fantastic workout step is, and you can do it completely low impact and still get your heart rate up. I started with video number 1 to remind me of the basics and within 2 weeks I was doing this one with my step on a higher level.

I started step class when I lived in a larger area that had a large group fitness following. When I moved home I am not able to find a class at the YMCA. I found your videos about a year and a half ago and I am SO happy I did. I really miss the community of group fitness classes, but your workouts have made it so I don’t give up on step just because no one is next to me- this video has been my favorite so far. It was so fun to learn new moves and push myself to a sweaty mess! Thanks again!

I used to do Step many years ago and am now getting back into it. I recognize now that it can be hard to find anyone that teaches Step classes any more - even at local gyms. It is SO great to see all the different Step videos that you have! I love Step and I love the fact you have shorter time frame workouts - 30-40 mins.....that is awesome! I hope you will still do more this coming year - with good intensity for the shorter workout time, like how great this video is. And then I see you have longer workouts too, which is awesome for days when I have more time. I have only one suggestion (hopefully positive critique) - to provide a bit more gradual (off the step) warmup - just a thought. Thank you so much for providing and sharing such wonderful programs. I look forward to trying more of your Step workouts! YAY! I'm so happy to have found you! :-)

Today I decided to come back to the place that I always had fun and saw you had new videos. This was the first one I've played in a long time. I have picked up your Step routines now for the last few weeks ready to get fit to go back to work and am loving it. Your instructions and combos are great and helping me to build up my stamina and co-ordination. Hoping to build up to the Intermediate classes as I carry on with this over the next few months. Hey Jenny, I wanted to thank you for all of your step aerobics and for all the effort you've put into this. Thanks to you I've discovered that step workouts are my favourite, I feel fantastic and excited to exercise and they keep my body in good condition. I shattered my knee cap in a bad car accident 16 months ago. I'm getting back into shape, but there are many things I won't be able to do again. I am so THRILLED to say that your step workouts work for me!!!!!! Not too much bouncing and easy on the lunges, but a strong workout that gets me feeling like I am back in my body again! Can't thank you enough!
