I have to agree with Michele. Your ending is such a blessing and reminder that we don't do any of this without him. So all the stress and worry we go through doesn't matter. We just need to trust in God. I'm not a sling user but was able to take away a bunch of tips when working with the team. May God just continue to bless you in and the ministry He has given you to lead.

We are a small ministry and we have been going live for sometime now with the aid of a Media Production team. We have had difficulty in how they treat us, always forgetting things that make our Livestream laga lot. Our leader has therefore decided we need to get our equipments as soon as possible so we can do what we do excellently. Our next Livestream is in first week of September and we haven't been able to purchase the Gadgets yet. The last part of your video really encouraged me. Great video, but one correction, the sling studio does not display 4k. Can only see up to 1080, but you can record 4k from your camera separately

Just curious.. you mentioned that you broadcast and set your cameras to 4K. But the slingstudio can only put out 1080 P.

Thanks for the info. Currently we use a bluetooth mic into our camera to for sound. Would Sling allow us to eliminate the blue tooth mic and have all sound from our mixer stream through Sling?

you can send the audio from your mixer into the sling hub with a 1/8 headphone cable

I am interested in text overlays on live streaming. we do live streaming but i want to provide texts too, we are an international church and we need to support the readings for instance with texts, we are familiar with ecamm but we are looking for something simpler

With this set up are you actually live-streaming in real time? If so, how are you able to go to logic from your board, process everything in real time, come out of logic and blend/sync your audio mix with the video to then go live as you’re worship service is happening ?

You will need to spent a few hours doing a mix, in Logic Pro, I done it before and it really take time is the same thing but with more control and clarity ,so the audio will sound way better if you take the time to do a mix and do some test before going life.It will be a huge difference.Blessing

This week was my first week using restream with my sling studio. I had an issue pop up today where I stopped my live feed in sling studio but it didn’t stop my live stream on KZbin. Facebook stopped fine, but not KZbin. Has anyone run into that situation?

It absolutely should. Any camera with a clean HDMI out should work. Make sure your output is not set to 4K or Recorder Control mode.
