Completely spoiled. How many times have they swam up to a dead shad, eyeballed it, then decided it wasn't at a good angle and swam away. Spoiled rotten! 😂

I used to my feed alligator gars with live tilapia. During the day, the alligator gars just hovered around their prey, but by morning a large number of tilapia had disappeared. They hunt very effectively at night when other fish are asleep.

The bass in my pond will only eat tilapia when they’re less than 3-4”. After that, they allow them to coexist. I’m in Florida so they absolutely reproduce which means I have to cull them because the bass don’t. They’ve gotten lazy on me.

yea just keep this up to stimulate them, your lucky the fish still swim fast to the dead shad i can tell you do this sometimes but you don't record. the gar in some aquariums are so lazy that they dont even swim fast to their dead meals. good thing your changing them before they become couch(sea) potatoes w content
