I am rated total 90% one of my ratings is 40% for my shoulder but being that it is my dominant arm and only moves 25 degrees should it be 50% should I file higher level review

I wish I knew. You’ll need to get air for the decision or have an advocate review the VA system to find out why it needs to be reworked.

That’s how the VA stops Veterans from filing claims because if you’re already rated for your foot at 30%, and then you asked them to look at your finger then they feel that they have the right to go back and look at your foot and take away the disability that you got for your foot Backwards thinking from VA employees. The VA and VA employees they’re only job is to help Veterans but they seem to think their job is tonight veterans benefits and services because they can..

No. If you are eligible for TDIU prior to your 100% evaluation you may be eligible for retro pay. It all depends on your claims.

So VA raters are not qualified to be raters that’s understandable because they’re VA employees. The VA can’t hire qualified VA raters because there’s not enough qualified people in the medical community..

It’s called an apportionment. If you have minor children and owe support, VA can assign a payment to someone else
