I’m 74yr old Vietnam Vet w/stage 4 prostrate cancer w/metasis lymphoma of bones. I’m 100%for cancer&100% for metasis. Also have smc k for housebound criteria. I would like to file for smc s as my rate is 100% plus 1 that is at least 60%. If i win this claim would amount be added to my 100% monthly amount. Thank you your opinion.

If you’re housebound, you are already at SMC -S…. which is 100% +60. They have to be service connected. I think you got the SMC K mixed up with the S….

@@AnthonyVoci-l9r usually SMC -S it’s automatic… but yes, file for SMCS because the VA probably doesn’t know you added another disability recently, even though VA should have picked that up. I have SMC - K for loss of use left hand.

I claimed migraines secondary to hypertension. It was denied due to no relation to each other. Can I change it to migraines secondary to sc Tinnitus or MDD? I did not have a medical opinion for the initial class m. I did it in on my own. I will get a IMO. So I will leave it up to them for the opinion.
