I be tryna tell people I record to punch in like this but they rather try to record the song in one take 1,000 times Lol I be like fine it's yo studio time you paying for 💯 plus them punch ins help you perfect EACH line.... They think I'm just a engineer until they hear some of my music and I'm better than some them. Anybody tryna collab lmk though I produce, rap and engineer at studio here in ATL

Bro I Love your Channel so much! Appreciate the information u give us for free!!! Quick question, do u think an shure sm7b is also good for recording rnb and pop vocals? Especially at home. Cause many people describe this mic as „dark“ and „flat“. Can I eq it Good?

How are you able to have autotune on each of your recording channels without ending up with extra latency? I usually track vocals in FL as im still learning PT, but usually I record on one channel dry, then have that running to a bus w autotune, comp eq etc. I want to have multiple record channels to make layering / tracking easier, but i'd imagine having 5 different autotunes enabled at once (even w low latency mode) id end up with 5-10ms extra latency. Would i need a particular interface / card to avoid these latency issues? I have a great cpu but just a Steinberg UR22C interface, So even if i record at 44.1k and low buffer size, having multiple instances of plugins like Autotune enabled at once would give me more than 5ms latency, and i find it hard to track when it goes above 5ms Thanks for the vid man, you help me learn Pro Tools much better than my teachers can

thanks for the video wayne great work as always. lets talk for just a second if you have time. your recording templates arent universal..i would love to try them but via your tutorial i cant due to the specs of my equipment. low letency monitoring is an issue with my setup. im unable to change my playback engines buffer size because i use aud apollo quad fw\tb3 in thunderbolt mode and is set to 512 and cant be changed if im using uad plugins in realtime i also use waves impact server for my waves plugins. so tell me how can someone with my setup be able to purchase your templates for recording and record like you are doing in this video? I use my uad plugins for recording etc but i would like to use my waves plugins also in real time.. soooo before i purchase your templates can you explain how i can make it work? thanks..

What’s better Melodyne 5 or Autotune?
@xander5523 жыл бұрын
Meloydyne is more accurate and better if you want natural sounding vocal that are in tune where as auto tune is more of an effect that makes your vocals sound in tune but it also gives it a more unnatural sound
@creativeroom3653 жыл бұрын
@@xander552 thank you so much. I have both but I’ve been seeing a lot singers prefer autotune more than Melodyne where is felt like Melodyne works better for me like you mentioned
