Than you for all the information you give us. I bought a wave life pro about 5 weeks ago and have use it 6 times a week since. I mainly gone to gain strength in my legs. I visited my daughter just before I bought my life pro because I found out my legs were week from not using them. Two years ago I found out I had neuropathy, I though the pain was from flat feet. I follow keto mainly not eating sugar and flour. That has helped with heartburn. I’m 76 years old and have a fused ankle from a car accident in1987. Now arthritis is staring in my hip knee and shoulder. Never thought I would lose weight from the vibration plate but I did without changing what I ate. I’ve lost 4 lbs with out trying. Just starting to add a little exercise on the plate. Mini squats and balancing on each leg. Annie from WA state.

I have a hemangioma located in my liver. I’m 76 and have known about it about 50 yrs and it has never been a problem. My doctor doesn’t commit to using it or not using. I have neuropathy in both legs and I’m thinking the pros might outweigh the cons. What do you think?

Amazing information!!!!!! I work out 2 hours a day, cardio, and have not dropped 1 pound, in fact, I have gained 10 pounds. It is a mental struggle to get out of the I need to burn x amount of calories a day. Just a vicious cycle. Do you have a podcast? You should!!! Such good information!

You should try a 5-10 day fast, few times per year, that really reset the body n clean out all the toxins. I use dry brushing n oils also for lymph/skin. Wet brushing rather, as i do it in the shower

I purchased the plus, but I just cancelled the order (Amazon) because they had the regular 4D and the plus both with an almost $100 discount today, so I went and ordered both to not miss the sale. If money was no objection and I have no physical issues, which one should I get? Is there a huge advantage to working on the curved surface? (I still have time to cancel one of the orders....)

That's a lot of information, and thank you. However, you're taking a lot of supplements. Is there any way that any of this can be done naturally through food? I am post menopausal and have experienced everything you can possibly experience with menopause. I'm going through menopause naturally. I haven't had anything removed or partially removed. I used to do a lot of cardio, like walking 3 to 4 miles 3 to 4 times a week. I'm not seeing much of a difference like I used to when I was younger. I was told that I needed to tone and strengthen and get more muscle. I am 59 now and need to tone and lose about 20lbs. I just purchased the rumblex 4D and have been using it for two days now and love it. The first time, I got on it for 10 minutes, and when I got off of it, I felt like I walked 3 miles, which normally takes me around 55 minutes to do. I would like to learn more about how the preprogram modes work. My goal is to use this three times a day, morning, noon, and night for ten minutes. Thank you.

How can I use the plate to regulate my hormones to loose weight with PCOS? Will it work for me? It’s very difficult to loose even when I eat right and walk on my treadmill. Hi there e.garza :) Hope you're doing great and congratulations on your weight loss :) it is normal that you will be on a plateau if you've reached a very high amount of weight loss. What you can do is burn more calories but won't overwhelm your body and the vibration platform will help since it burns an extra 150kcal for 10 mins of usage but is very low impact. You got this!

I started it a couple days ago, the weaver on program 1 for 15 mins. My goal is to work it up slow 15 am 15 pm, but so far Im feeling good. I still have maybe another 40lbs to go as my goal is to be at around 150. Hopefully this helps me with the weight but even if it didn’t I like the feeling it’s giving my body so far!
