What you'll need: W8 GYM, 2x2M space, Water, Sweat towel, Non-slip mat, 1 Set of Resistance Bands, Ankle/Wrist Straps, Positive mindset to smash your workout :) (Note we will be using the dumbbells to punch with, please ensure you select the dumbbells suitable for your ability)
Exercises: Resistance band punches, Squat to high punch, High knee punches, Squat to side kick, Overhead knee drives, Side shuffle to punch, 1,2 jab to hook, Uppercuts, Banded bicycles, Flutter kicks, Crunch punches.
