Fillet Away Fish Mats and Pro Fillet Table

The fillet mat looks interesting but it's way too short and too wide. Something in the 30" x 12" would make more sense

Thanks for the info! My brother do way more cleaning than I do so I'll get a better durability test thru him. Looks like what the Doctors order though. We will see!

I bought one recently and you have to be careful not to cut the pegs with your fillet knife. Otherwise, you end up with small black pieces floating around. I understand that these mats are not supposed to be used as a cutting board, but they seem to cut too easily. Am I missing something?
