I had the pleasure of seeing James twice. Once at a concert that was less than half full and then again when he had his big hit with 'Living in America' and you couldn't get close to the stage. @@sphinxrising1129 At the height of his energy in the sixties, he was not taking any drugs, he had long-standing diabetes and high blood presure, and at the end of 2004 he contracted prostate cancer and was cured of it in the same year that this show was in. He died a year and a half after this symptom of natural causes and because he sacrificed his health for offers. Before his death in 2006, he was suffering from arthritis and still performs. He was telling a helper at the time that he was afraid he would fall unconscious at the show. In his last year they had him in a wheelchair for the parade and nobody wanted to see him in that position. He says that he was and still dances to earn money and that it was his only way to make a living. It is true that he had some problems at the end of the eighties, but he overcame them and continued to work hard Come on, how can a man in his seventies take cocaine or coke? It will surely come to an end, even his body shape and form will be horrible! stop the bullshit
