You do not need to lift heavy weight to get bigger arms, and more specifically, your biceps.
This workout will help you get bigger and more muscular biceps, and you can use light weight for optimal results.
The bicep is a small muscle group, so it doesn’t require too much work to build them. Do the right exercises and eat enough protein, and you are going to get some massive biceps.

I've used some of your other Tricon arm exercises...you definitely get a burn and a pump. Great to throw in these after going heavy for a few weeks.

I have resistance bands instead of free weights. This strategy works. Feel the burn! This will be my bicep exercise from now on!

Bands are just as good, and also provide constant tension on the muscle.

Similar to what I do with standing curls. 5 up to half. 5 half up to full. 5 full curls. 15 reps 3 sets.

@@LiveAnabolic I will , I’m 61 , started working with dumbbells few months ago , trying to lose fat and gain muscle . You guys have helped me!

@@LiveAnabolic Did this tonight , did 3 sets with 5 second holds. Worked my arms indirectly afterwords with dumbbell presses . Haha they feel like limp noodles now . Thanks again

Great video The look I'm trying to prevent is when you get older I see on some Your muscles tone has an odd look The muscle tone be hanging off the body Must be the first stage of going down hill

@ 5:00 Should your head be against the pad or tilted up as you are doing it. Or does it matter?
