When it comes to building big arms, I want you to try these 2 techniques that I cover in today's video... I've never seen these 2 techniques combined with one another (but I do it all the time and it's always helped build my arms)... Try them for yourself in today's new video!

I'm 71 and in remission from cancer. Over a year of being in the hospital and bed ridden I lost almost 100 lbs and a lot of muscle mass and tone. Your regimens have been informative and effective.

I want to thank you Gary. I'm a 55 year old man and your education on lifting weights with only dumbells has changed my life and well as my body. You have helped me transform my body utilizing your techniques. I've been following you for approximately 6 months and my gains have been amazing. I've gone from 5'9 225lbs to 5'9 190lbs with a high protein diet. Thank you

This is a good one!! Do you have a different video on just biceps same amount of reps and sets to combine with this one, if I want to do supetsets? That would really be great. Because I train arms Tuesdays and Thursdays, and sometimes Sundays. But I do both triceps and biceps, some cable exercises, mixed with dumbells.
@scottbennett62003 жыл бұрын
Can you do the same thing at a machine? With standing cable exercises?

I must say this idea of pre-exhausting muscles burns like crazy and really works. The muscles get extra pumped. I feel it more for days even more than lifting heavier and it is truly easier on the joints.

@@PTrep2727 loving the results! I am 6'8" tall so getting defined muscles has always been impossible, but I can actually see some definition in my triceps. Not so much in the Bicep but getting there. Just happy to see some improvement and feeling stronger. Thanks!!

Thanks Gary and Live Anabolic. I just finished this 4-set workout and the guns are workin'! Question; is it best for the first compound to be a lighter weight than the secondcompound? I had to switch to a lighter weight on the kick back, second compound. Your guidance and training is much appreciated.

15 to 20 on the pre exhaust and 8-10 on the other heavier weight exercises, correct?

If someone doesn´t have heavier Dumbells: The Close Grip Tricep Press can be replaced with a Military Push Up with elbows narrow to the Body. ;-)

As an older guy, 54, how do I add stuff like this into a workout routine. I try to work out at least 3 times a week, I do I guess They are called superset. I do 25ish different lifts in a row and then go back to the start and commit again and try to do 3 times. I though we needed rest days, should we do stuff like this to target muscles on our off days? In place of a days workout? Same day?

Resistance Band around the forehead, attached to fixed point at the same height, then I do front, back, sides L & R, 20+ reps in each direction, 4x week, start carefully, most necks aren't used to this & easily tweaked. GL 🍀

What i would like to add great combo of exercises . If the viewers and people that read this try these exercises your very last set of each exercise squeeze to the last rep rest for 5 to 7 seconds and then squeeze as many as you can out which will probably be around 6 more . You'll like the results I promise.

I like your videos but if anyone has any sort of back problems, the DB TRICEP KICKBACK is a very quick way of aggravating a back problem. I weight train 6 days per week but this exercise shouldn't be recommended. Im still suffering .... There are other ways of doing these exercises using an incline bench to support the body and back.

If making you arms bigger (i.e., more muscular) was easy, then what would be the point of heavy duty training (the only real way to build size and strength)? Are you sure this isn't the Live Anabolic Steroids channel?
