Love the guy's reaction in the crowd when he realizes the song is MITC. Such honest reaction to an honestly great song!!!

My brother was murdered in the city on MLK Day 2021. I was a little lit - as he most surely was-- when I heard this and could near as hear him singing it on the wind. What a love song, thank you. 🙏 ❤️ ✨

This song was my introduction to the Avett Brothers. My son chose this for our Mother/Son dance at his wedding. I went home and listened to all of their music. Since, I have seen them in concert twice and attended the showing of their movie. "Always remember there is nothing worth sharing like the love that let us share a name."

I think this is my most favorite version of this song, just beautiful!!

Is there any other version I was not aware of that
@SMS-7163 ай бұрын
@@ralphfoulkes9384 Maybe version was the wrong word to use. I just meant that between the original video and the numerous live videos of this song this live track happens to be my favorite.

I love both the Avett Brothers and Chris Thile, but what I really love about watching Chris play is the utter joy he projects when he's playing.

You get me every time I hear this song Scott Avett. I love the tiny powerful ways that last verse has changed over the years. Now that I'm a parent, I feel the progression of "the love that lets us share our name".

What a treat to have found you guys!! How I got here...... I was watching a KZbin video on James Prigioni's gardening channel and he played a bit of your tune Bella Donna, which I thought was very listenable. So, I 'Shazammed' the musical clip, but got no result -- so I did a Google search on the lyrics and found the song and y'all! Please set a concert date in Southern California!

Such an intimate version of this already incredibly written song. I love how he changed the lyrics to progress with his life. He's the father now (2:30). I've had mad love for the Avett Brothers and their songwriting talents for years. Hope to see them again live VERY SOON!

This is my brother's suiside letter. He played it on his guitar intensively. He would ask me if I recognized the song, but i couldn'tbecause he played it too beautifully. Letters in his belongings where "watching the wheels go round and round and head full of doubt.

@@kyleerickson6445 Great people put on great shows. The first time I saw them was at New Orleans Jazzfest several years ago. After their set, they went to the record tent and signed cd's and met with fans. You wouldn't think that superstar songwriters would be so down to earth, friendly and unassuming. Love all their music, but this is my favorite song by them.
