There is nothing anyone can say to truly express what David Crosby has done to our culture through his music. His metamorphosis from drug-ridden self-absorbed music superstar into the most remarkable of human beings who now spends his twilight years giving us his heart through his music and teaching a new generation of musicians what it means to be socially responsible is - astounding. The documentary of his life that Russell Crowe is directing which premieres this fall - will be the most important film of 2018. Go see him while you still can - your heart will soar ....

I like him now more than I ever have... actually I wasn't that big a fan of his; I thought he was all those bad things you mention. But somehow he has emerged better in soul and even music than ever. I agree with him about the idiocy of Neil Young. Now THERE is a self-absorbed man who I better shut up about right now.

He was as good as the musicians he was with, CSN&Y no better or worse. Like most whose egos keep them on the stage, his voice left sometime ago.

Beautiful song, even more beautiful man. What a BLESSING he is to our ears...and to this complicated world we live in. Thank you, sir, for all the years of music I have had to pleasure of hearing....it started when I saw you that evening back in August of 1969...along with over 250,000 mesmerized people. sigh wouldn't it be such a lovely thing to have that kind of love, peace, harmony of that long weekend restored all over this planet...to have everyone live and let live ...in peace.

He had to overcome his demons. But, they all did drugs & indulged in the other rock star stuff. Lots of bands had conflicts. The difference was that these guys had a special gift when performing as CSN. I think they should have kept the gripes private.

Such a star juice coming out of my earpieces, my eyes closed. Crying, alone, while the beauty and the heat of the voice and the true notes, levigated and mediated by time and experience, leaving the will to amaze to younger people, slowly but consistently flow out of the speakers. This mature tune, and its very right amount of sapiently chosen notes, blends in well with my soul, and fills my hart.
