give calf liver a try, it’s got over 3,000x the recommended dose of vit B12 in 3.5 oz and a lot of vit A too. Just don’t fry it so long that it turns out shriveled and dry, it cooks very fast when sliced thin, just sear and flip. Liver and sautéed onions are my favorite get up and go like hell breakfast. There are a lot of doctors here on youtube with info on cancer killing foods, look that up as well. At stage 4 shotgun approach throwing everything at it can’t hurt. 10yr Rectal cancer survivor here. Cannabis is a cancer killer too.

Wondering who on earth would throw away egg yolks? I'm 80. I got here by eating entire eggs. Also cheese. Also butter, not butter-want-tobe-spreads. When we stick with foods that our species has been safely eating for centuries - all things being equal - we'll pretty much stay healthy.

This is a good guide for B12 sources. But it's possibly a little remiss not to mention some of the caveats associated with certain foods. These days, ocean-based foods can contain certain pollutants, to the point where some nutritionists have warned that they should be eaten in limited quantities, e.g., tuna is known to be high in PCB's/mercury. Plastic nano-particles are also a problem with seafood. Additionally, it should be noted that feta cheese is very high in sodium. Beef also has its drawbacks, such as possible additives (growth hormones?) and possible red dye injections to improve its attractiveness to buyers. These days, it really is wise to check some of the cons to popular, nutrient-rich foods.

Yes, chicken liver is very good too! And it is so cheap to buy! I like it one a week, and I don't buy into the idea that it has too much cholesterol. Our brains are 80 percent cholesterol, plus our liver makes cholesterol on it's own, when we don't get enough of it from our food. It is so nutritious, and easy to experiment with to make it tasty. And I think better than buying expensive B vitamin supplements so much. It also has iron. Thank you. 😊

Fish eaten should only be from the types that are identifiable by fins and scales. The fish in the oceans have been eating at one end of their bodies and discharging at the other end for thousands of years, but with no accumulation of ocean sewage. The bottom-feeders, shellfish in particular, serve the purpose of drawing in polluted water at one end of their bodies and discharging purified water at the other end, trapping the oceanic filth within their bodies. Clams, for that reason, should not be considered for a B-12 source

I'd like to know if this is the person that replied to what I said I can have chicken turkey. As long as I put my own seasoning on it I add pepper something called everything not much Friday in the skillet on low or number two and add a little bit of olive oil not much. I also eat lots of veggies and cabbage to say is better for me so sometimes I buy the cabbage mix with all the colors in it and eat it raw with my food I have shrimp or prongs as they're called and I don't have nothing but a little pepper and a little olive oil if that. I also can have watermelon slices strawberries blueberries I eat more watermelon and blueberries more than anything sometimes I have a cucumber I like dragon fruit a half of one in the morning sometimes or mangoes whichever they are called and pretty much as long as I'm careful of what I have I have one drink I usually have and I have it with no sugar and it usually lasts me all day between taking my blood pressure pills my gout pill and my water pill which is on Monday Wednesday and Friday only my doctor kidney doctor is very pleased with me his name is Mosan Thomas here in porterville California is offices actually in Visalia I would hate to have to lose him and I'm trying to do the best I can you know you can have sugarless popsicles will really good I don't like the fudge ones they don't taste that great I have Jello when I can get it I love Jell-O. Thank you for the response and have a good one I hope yours turns out very good oh and by the way while I think of it that's thank you for the response and have a good one I hope yours turns out very good oh and by the way while I think of it that is renal failure 3 be what the paperwork shows on my tablet I used to be at 40 now I'm at 43 as of last month in April

1. Can’t afford clams in a country where they are not present. 2. Same for tuna: it costs an arm and a leg here in Belgium! It’s a good thing I love sardines. 3. Have you people ever eaten Belgian beef????? 🤢🤢🤢 DON”T!!!!!! It is a tasteless pink cut of something that probably never left the stable, never had any grass and got who knows what to eat. I refuse to eat the fake stuff....
