Let's make it more interesting, like we see, acquital in other countries, when even after the conviction, lie of witness is caught- thus even after 145 first time, if trial opens (does not come under double jeopardy as the purpose to confirm conviction not confirm acquital, then will the new statement of witness will not be used to confront him, when he enter witness box again

Is this come under contradiction when in cross examination witness says something on day one, says something different on day two and again different on day three. Note: cross of this witness is not complete yet.
