@siddhartha5875 , Banks are not earning anything on CRR, it is dead money deposited in RBI or in their vault as security. Now they have more money to lend and earn interest on them rather than lying idle in coffer.

The RBI adjusts the CRR to respond to changing economic conditions. Do you know that the adani stocks crashed terribly few days ago after US courts issued him an arrest warrant? 🥺🥺
