Liverpool' has a brand which is far leggier than the population in comparison to other Cities. Liverpool's name cascades seamlessly throughout this World and yet we struggle with our budget set by the Government. This can all be addressed by our future leaders adopting policy from Singapore a once third World Country that over the last 40 years has become the third place Country in the World to live and they done this by becoming their own business, they never allow assets to be sold off to friendships, they developed and re-invested their profits for their people.
