2.29 The street I was born in,. No. 35 Queens Rd. L6 one of the older houses on the left. I was three years of age in 65 and born in the house despite being a couple of hundred yards away from Mill Street. I imagine because I was the 5th of 7 so my Ma' had plenty of practice by then. I recall going over the road to the maisonettes to have a bath, pretty sure the lady was a Mrs Walker. looking at this 58 years later, what a surprise, looking back in time. Tin bath, outside W.C., we lived on one floor, another family on the upper floor.

You truly have given "Liverpool 1965" an extra lease of life with a new heart. Your song and photo's have added so much feeling to it.

I was also born in Mill road ozzie and lived off Kenny road. Great memories of roaming far and wide around those streets as kid. Life was tough, but we were free.

Thank you Dave. I couldn't have done anything without that film. I thank you again for sharing it, and for giving me the permission to make use of it. This was something I just had to do.

Very nice, atmospheric, nostalgic flashback, Tom! It explains a lot about the sort of music you make and where it comes from. All the best for 2008 and....Rock On!

Thank you. The song is original. Liverpool in '65 was another world, but also a great place to grow up. Life was hard, but scousers are the best people in the world. They have a knack of making the best of everything instead of moaning.
