Thank you so much Bill for defending your wife. I'm 68 and I have similar issues as Elizabeth. I had covid and now have problems with my lungs which have nothing at all to do with my weight. Both of you are wonderful people. You are a blessing in my life.

Same thing happening with my 31 yo daughter. She got covid pneumonia when it first started. She healed but now has severe asthma and has to go to a pulmonolgist. After I got covid I started having najor joint issues as my mother and aunt has developed. It is part of that demonic regimen who created covid and that caused major issues. I know I see it first hand. I have no faith in medicine now.

You are absolutely right. My 145 pound husband had COVID and also had a harder time of it than he should have (7 months). I am heavier and after 1- 1/2 years of intensive breathing treatment I'm finally getting better and seeing less brain fog and memory issues, but still having issues. None of this had ANYTHING to do with my weight (I have asthma which appears to be the main issue doctors are seeing)

Yes! This c0v1d stuff attacks and causes issues and residual problems all over the body no matter your age, weight, health before, etc. High school athletes who got the p0ke drop dead! Prayers that our Great Healer, Our Lord Jesus, reaches down His Almighty hand and perfectly heals all Elizabeth's health issues to the greater glory of God the Father. Elizabeth, my late husband had asthma ans respiratory issues. Might a foam wedge that goes either under or on top of the mattress help your breathing while resting or sleeping at night? I watched the video and I saw myself in your wife. I'm 64 had CHF-Congested Heart Failure. I was placed on oxygen 24/7 over 15 yrs ago. All of my problems started after a Work Accident while working as Correctional Office at male maximum unit. Fast forward to 1-212020. I contracted Covid and ended up in hospital for 6 days. I truly prayed I would make it out of ICU. I had also Double Pneumonia . Received excellent care and made it home. I did as advised by my Primary Dr. take the 2 Vaccines of Moderna. Now I was hit exactly a year later with Covid again. 1-20-2021. Thankfully my Dr sent out many prescriptions and I followed her Care Advice and was better 2 weeks later. Since then I went down hill in my breathing. I'm now on 3.5 lts at home and on 4lts on carry oxygen. I went thru all the same test as you and after my Pulmonary Dr. finished with all the test its now told to me I have Severe COPD. Have not smoked in many years. And smoked for 10yrs when I was younger 28-38. I pray that your Pulmonary Dr can get you on the right track with great inhaler. I use Trilogy 1x a day. It has helped me tremendously Also, im on a Lifestyle change. I use the Android App to keep my weight and everything I eat down. Prayers your way. I've lost 30pds. I also want to add that I admire that Bill is taking a stand. It behooves me how many people can critique someone's weight without understanding all the logistics behind it. I too struggle with autoimmune disorders and steadily gain weight while I'm careful with everything I do and eat less than everyone I know, trying to follow all of the healthy eating rules and yet it's a battle. Elizabeth is a blessing to us all and I'm so grateful that you took a stand to protect her from that very unnecessary and unwarranted feedback. I dont know anyone who struggles with weight that feels good about it. It's very painful and difficult and so highly discriminatory when the reasons are different for everyone. Interestingly, when he passed away it was not due to issues from either one! As for the hearing aids, I have worn mine now for over 4 years. What a blessing it is to have them and be able to hear. I never thought in my life I would be so grateful to wear something that I thought would make it look so obvious. No one can even tell I wear them. Mine came from the Costco Hearing center and the people who work there are absolutely the best and provide excellent service. I am on my second pair (my insurance covers new ones every 3 years) and I chose the rechargeable type this time. Another blessing not to have to worry about batteries. And like you said Elizabeth, it is amazing what I can hear that I was missing. You are both so generous sharing your lives with all of us. Thank you!

I just went through this whole scenario. Please don’t have fear. I have implant valves in both my valves. After 2 years of the breathing struggle and working through the Medi Cal coverage I was able to get 2 heart surgeries and the put 2 new valves in place through the TAVR method. It’s so much easier than the 3 open heart surgeries I’ve had in the past. God has you in your walk💕💕💕🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🕊

My father had mitral valve repair surgery eight years ago and he is doing well. He had minimally invasive robotic surgery so his recovery was a lot quicker than traditional surgery. He also had a lot less pain. Hope you feel better soon.

I understand what it is like to be breathless as Jim The pulmonologist found out that his breathlessness was from his diaphragm. Jim just had surgery last week and it helped him to breathe so much better. Father, I ask that the issue be resolved soon and quickly.

I struggle with the same issues as your wife and the reality is sometimes outrageous lungs simply cease to function effectively. My dad had a heart valve replaced in 2018, his was weakened due to life long heart murmur, he was 75 at the time. He wasn’t a candidate for the easy route, intravenous replacement. He had to have open heart(chest) method. His quality of life improved so much! In November he will celebrate his first year anniversary of marriage to a very sweet lady. He was a widower 22 yrs. But a new heart valve really honestly made changes in that man. Before, He was short of breath, couldn’t do the things he loved to do; fishing, hanging out at the soccer complex ( he used to coach until he was 72!) he couldn’t keep his apartment clean, or some daily tasks that we take for granted. It really helped him. If they don’t find an issue with your lungs, please seek another opinion on the heart valve. You’re a precious woman of God! Bill you’ve e got to be Elizabeth’s hero! Please get on a wait list to see lung doctor sooner if there are cancellations. I have dx of mild COPD. I have been sick since end of May with nausea and dry heaves. Couldn't eat or drink for about 3 months.I couldn't see a gastro dr. until Jan. Or my Parkinson's dr. until Jan.either. I found a different gastro dr. Who saw me as soon as he could because i got covid. No definitive answers at this time. I am very weak from lying in bed. I have missed my lawn mowing, gardening. housework and family gatherings. I am very sad and frustrated. I haven't been grocery shopping or to a Walmart. Only to dr. appts., urgent care and the ER. I keep praying for some answers but he hasn't answered the yet.We will be praying for you Elizabeth. With lots of love from Iowa Was able to see Parkinson's dr. last week instead of Jan.

Bill you brought tears to my eyes when you defended and protected your bride! You are her protector and you take that role seriously. I have so much respect for you for that! I struggle with my weight also and my heart breaks for Elizabeth. Some people don’t understand how our bodies metabolize different. No one sets out to be overweight. I am sorry to hear of Elizabeth’s health issues. I pray she gets back to a more normal state soon. Prayers for you Elizabeth and Bill and God to give your Drs wisdom to help you. I didn’t know or believed I had sleep apnea but I did and I am so glad I did. I sleep better breathing is better and I now can walk about 8000 steps a day. . I also found out I had Afib and I now have a pacemaker. God has been good to me and He will certainly be good to you Elizabeth. I know you trust God and I believe He will find answers and give her back her health. So you can be back with doing all the things you want. You have a wonderful husband in Bill and his support. God be with you both.
